Worldwide, 81 percent of Lean Six Sigma Black Belts reported receiving a bonus during the year and for those who do, 10 percent of their total compensation includes a bonus (Figure 2).
The average annual bonus reported by Lean Six Sigma Black Belts worldwide is $11,879.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belts working in Latin America earn the highest average annual bonus at $17,500, but again, the small sample size makes this data dubious.
The average bonus of Lean Six Sigma Black Belts in Europe ($16,700) is 61 percent higher than those Lean Six Sigma Black Belts working in the United States ($11,486). The average total compensation of Lean Six Sigma Black Belts in Europe, however, is lower than that of U.S. Lean Six Sigma Black Belts.
